I am a caffeine addict. I drink at least 256 fluid oz of diet soda daily,or 4 two liter bottles, plus coffee,and caffeine pills... to give me a grand total of about 800-1600 millagrams of caffeine a day!Who ever said caffeine wasnt an addictive drug?

Big news! On Nov. 1st 2010 I quit pop.
Withdraw was rough. It took 60+ hours of withdrawal migraine, and three separate nausea induced vomits before the symptoms have faded. And then I was physically free, but the psychological battle raged on for a few weeks. It was especially hard when eating out! So weird to choose lemonade instead of diet coke @ subway!

Today though, after a decade of drinking four or more 2liters of pop a day...
I am caffeine free for 2 months!
